Service Description
Sound bath is an immersion in a crystal bowl experience of frequencies and sounds designed to relax the body and release tension in the nervous system and at the cellular level through the body. Participants in sound bath are in a relaxed position of lying down or savasana while supported by props, blankets, pillows and bolsters. Crystal bowls surround the participant with a room full of relaxing frequencies designed to relax them while releasing and reducing stress in the body. The duration of the sound bath experience is typically 40-45 minutes to provide enough time for deeper relaxation and healing. Soft gentle cues are given through the sound bath experience to assist participants in receiving the maximum benefits. Please bring a mat, blankets and special props you wish and a hydration source for after the session.

At Bella Vita Wellness, we are committed to creating a space that is accessible, supportive, and respectful of everyone’s time—yours and ours. Because class sizes and appointment availability are limited, we ask for your partnership in honoring the following policy. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any class or appointment cancellation. This allows us to offer your reserved spot to another client who may be waiting. Any late cancellations or no-shows will result in the card on file being charged for the full session. Our intention is not to penalize, but to ensure that our instructors and practitioners are compensated for their time, and that all clients have fair access to our offerings.
