Bella Burn is a power yoga class designed to challenge both body and mind. Expect a steady, demanding flow built to develop stamina, focus, and full-body strength. Come ready to work hard — and yes, feel the burn

Chair Yoga improves mobility, coordination, and balance using the stability of a chair. The class moves at a thoughtful pace, allowing the body to work safely while still developing control and confidence in movement. A practical option for anyone looking to stay steady, move well, and keep joints functioning comfortably.

A slower, supportive practice focused on mobility, ease, and mindful movement. Gentle Yoga is designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body in a calm, approachable way. Ideal for all levels—especially those looking for a more restorative pace—this class offers space to move, breathe, and feel better without pressure.

Sound Bath-Relaxation

Restorative Yoga centers on rest and recovery. Supported poses are held for longer periods, giving muscles and joints time to release tension while the nervous system settles.

Muscle Moxie focuses on functional strength — bending, pushing, lifting, sitting, and moving well through everyday life. Expect exercises designed to improve balance, build strength, and develop joint stability.

Restorative Yoga centers on rest and recovery. Supported poses are held for longer periods, giving muscles and joints time to release tension while the nervous system settles.

Sound bath is an immersion in a crystal bowl experience of frequencies and sounds designed to relax the body and release tension in the nervous system and at the cellular level through the body. Participants in sound bath are in a relaxed position of lying down or savasana while supported by props, blankets, pillows and bolsters.

Yoga & Brew pairs a solid intermediate flow with a relaxed, community-centered atmosphere. Sometimes referred to as “dive-bar yoga,” this unintimidating class mixes traditional yoga poses with a healthy dose of fun and personality.

Yoga Sculpt blends Hatha-based yoga flow with light weights and strength intervals. The result is a class where strength training and yoga share the stage. Expect a steady pace, an elevated heart rate, and a full-body workout that builds endurance and power.
