Meet the Owner
Sherry Rose
For a long time, I was the person standing at the starting line wondering if I could really do it. I was not the fastest, the strongest, or the most athletic person in the room. I was simply someone with a goal, a lot of self-doubt, and the determination to keep going anyway. Over time, that determination carried me through two Ironman triathlons, more than 20 marathons, century bike rides, and more shorter races than I can count. It also taught me something important: most people do not need someone yelling at them from the sidelines or making them feel like they are not enough. They need someone who believes in them, helps them find their own strength, and reminds them they are capable of more than they think.
That is why I created Bella Vita. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, eRYT200 Yoga Teacher, and Certified Nutritional Coach, I absolutely have the credentials—but what matters most to me is helping people feel supported every step of the way. Bella Vita is not a crowded gym where you get lost in the shuffle. It is a place where people are known, encouraged, challenged, and celebrated. Whether I am working with an individual or partnering with a business on workplace wellness, I bring both professional experience and genuine care to the process. I believe success starts from within, but sometimes we all need someone in our corner to help us see what is possible.
Our Story
Bella Vita means “beautiful life” in Italian — a phrase that reflects both my heritage and the philosophy behind this studio.
A beautiful life is not defined by perfection — it is how we show up every day.
For some, it means feeling strong and energized. For others, it means moving without pain, managing stress, or having the confidence to try something new. It may even be feeling at home in your own body.
Whether your goal is strength, resilience, balance, or simply feeling better in your daily life, Bella Vita was created to support your journey.
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to live their beautiful life.

Our Philosophy
Real progress does not come from one workout or one good week. It comes from moving your body consistently, building strength that supports daily life, and creating habits you can sustain.
At Bella Vita, we offer solutions designed to help you feel stronger, move with greater ease, and stay consistent.
This is not about quick fixes.
It is about building a foundation that supports you for years to come.
