Cancellation Policy

At Bella Vita Wellness, we are committed to creating a space that is accessible, supportive, and respectful of everyone’s time—yours and ours. Because class sizes and appointment availability are limited, we ask for your partnership in honoring the following policy. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any class or appointment cancellation. This allows us to offer your reserved spot to another client who may be waiting. Any late cancellations or no-shows will result in the card on file being charged for the full session. Our intention is not to penalize, but to ensure that our instructors and practitioners are compensated for their time, and that all clients have fair access to our offerings.
